Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fantomnet Infotech, we strive to deliver exceptional results. However, we understand circumstances may change. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Client

1.1 Before Project Starts

If you cancel within 24 hours of paying the deposit, you’re eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable as we allocate resources to your project.

1.2 Mid-Project Cancellation

If you cancel after work has begun:

• You’ll be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any unused portion of the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

2. Cancellation by Fantomnet Infotech

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

• You violate our Terms & Conditions (e.g., unethical requests).
• Repeated non-payment or communication lapses (15+ days).

In such cases, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible Scenarios

• Service Not Delivered: Full refund if we fail to start agreed work.
• Billing Errors: Refund for accidental overcharges.

3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Completed work (e.g., delivered websites, ad creatives, SEO audits).
• Third-party costs (Google Ads spend, domain/hosting fees).
• Results not meeting expectations (SEO/PPC outcomes depend on market factors).

4. Refund Process

1. Submit Request: Email sales@fantomnetinfotech.com with “Refund Request” in the subject.
2. Review: We’ll respond within 5 business days.
3. Processing: Approved refunds are credited within 10 business days via original payment method.

5. Subscription/Monthly Services

• Cancel anytime with 15 days’ written notice.
• No refunds for partial months (e.g., canceling on the 20th).

6. Force Majeure

No refunds for delays/cancellations due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, platform outages, etc.).
