Welcome to Fantomnet Infotech! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://www.fantomnetinfotech.com) and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
All projects begin after you sign our proposal and pay the initial deposit. Verbal agreements are non-binding.
Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We’ll notify you in writing before proceeding.
Prices are quoted in INR. A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon project completion.
Any Tools, Software payment 100% deposit required.
Overdue invoices will incur 1.5% monthly interest. Services may be paused for payments delayed by 15+ days.
You own final deliverables (websites, content, designs) upon full payment. We retain rights to reusable components (e.g., code snippets, templates).
We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We’ll protect your business data and never share it with third parties without consent. Exceptions apply if required by law.
We’re not liable for issues arising from platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, or WordPress. You’re responsible for their terms compliance.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Deposits for canceled projects are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Kolkata High courts.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
